Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced nurse to lead our nursing team, providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with current registration with the NMC.
  • At least 6 months hands-on experience in the UK, preferably in elderly care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
