Care Assistant - An Outstanding Opportunity

About You:

  • You should have a genuine passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with relevant experience and transferable skills.
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork.

The Role:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nurse or clinical deputy manager.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment, encouraging social interactions among residents and staff.
