Austin Fraser is recruiting for a skilled SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Accrington, supporting a student with SEMH needs.
Job DescriptionThis 5-day-per-week role involves providing 1:1 support for a student requiring SEMH assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities- Assist the teacher with creating and delivering customized learning plans for students with SEMH needs.
- Support the class teacher with daily lesson planning and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Applicants should have:
- Proven experience working with children with SEN and SEMH.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and making a difference in students' lives.
