Austin Fraser is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team in Accrington, Lancashire. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to a student with Social Emotional Mental Health needs.

About the Student

The student we are looking to support is a young person who requires extra help due to their SEMH needs. They require a calm, patient, and understanding individual who can build trust and establish a positive relationship.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 support to the student with SEMH needs
  • Assisting the teacher with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
