  • You will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of significant national upgrades, ensuring budget adherence and value maximisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct cost planning, estimating, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Manage contracts and financials related to automation systems, including instrumentation, control systems, and related infrastructure.
  3. Perform risk assessments, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage variations.
  4. Engage with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure alignment on budget and project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field; RICS or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the energy, Rail, Civils, or automation sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in oil & gas, power generation, or utilities.
