Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our engineering and support team at Futures.

This role is responsible for ensuring all projects are running in line with budgeted forecast and maximised to increase profit through good commercial acumen and effective contract and supplier management.

The salary for this position is £60,000 per annum, with uncapped earning potential through commission and bonuses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are running in line with budgeted forecast and maximised to increase profit.
  • Develop and agree on a commercial strategy which achieves budget and maximises profitability.
  • Manage commercial risk and opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. quantity surveying, construction management).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, CDM15 and Health & Safety at Work.
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts.
