Civils Project Delivery Manager

Yokogawa Electric Corporation is seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage the development and delivery of construction projects in a cross-functional role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 regulations, ensuring responsibilities are discharged correctly.
- Support the Project Manager with programme development to ensure construction activities are planned and managed appropriately.
- Support the project QHSE to ensure the highest level of health and safety throughout construction activities.
- Identify and manage construction risks to minimize project impact through internal review meetings and client-specific safety review meetings.
- Manage construction information, records, and drawings in accordance with Yokogawa's Quality Management Systems.
- Lead and manage the construction team and sub-contractors to deliver project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with key safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on construction stages and activities.
- Provide expertise and oversight during tender evaluations and manage expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Support commissioning phases as required.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager and senior leadership.
- Lead construction-specific meetings, workshops, and discussions.
About You
- Extensive experience in EPC projects under NEC4 forms of contract, with a focus on civil and construction projects.
- Demonstrable experience in complex construction projects within the Oil & Gas Industry under CDM 2015 Regulations.
- HND/C or Higher in a relevant discipline such as construction and civils.
- Proven ability to manage sub-contractors and oversee site execution.
- Accredited CSCS certification or equivalent.
- SMSTS, SHEA Gas, Temporary Works Coordinator.
- Good understanding of budget management and financial controls.

Contract Details
This is a permanent staff role with a flexible working pattern, including Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. The location is based at Yokogawa's office in Runcorn, with opportunities for hybrid working.
