Job Title: Protection and Risk Management Associate
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Protection and Risk Management Associate to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations, and providing a highly visible internal and external security presence.
Responsibilities:
- To identify and mitigate risks associated with the site, including physical and cyber threats.
- To ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations, including search procedures for employees, agency workers, contractors, and visitors.
- Regular foot patrolling of production areas, warehouse, and stores.
- Regular monitoring of CCTV footage, reporting any irregularities to the Security Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures regarding receipt of goods into the warehouse and all product being dispatched from the warehouse.
- Ensure records are regularly monitored, checked, and updated regarding employee and agency workers' personal mobile phone details, car registrations, etc.
- Attend training courses as necessary to ensure personal and team job skills keep pace with legislative and business developments.
- Be aware of Health & Safety requirements, in accordance with guidelines as set out in the Health & Safety manual.
About You:
As a Protection and Risk Management Associate, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in security and risk management, with knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
