About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Maternity Ward Clerk at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients accessing sexual health, contraception, and HIV services.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients via telephone and walk-in, ensuring a welcoming and efficient first point of contact.

• Coordinate and facilitate the smooth running of the clinic, including managing clinic lists and client flow.

• Utilize electronic patient record systems to register clients, book appointments, and manage clinic operations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in Customer Care or 5 GCSEs or above.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
