Roller Rink Attendant

Archie's Atomic is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Skate Marshal to join our team. As a Skate Marshal, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests at our 5,000 sq. ft roller rink.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct safety checks of the rink before opening to guests.
- Clean and maintain guest areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Welcome and check in guests, providing them with a positive first impression.
- Ensure skates are clean and presentable, and that they are safe and fit for use.
- Brief guests on the benefits of using protective pads and provide assistance when needed.
- Engage with guests and encourage them while they are on the rink, promoting a fun and safe experience.
- Support Front of House, Host, and Reception duties as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role in leisure venues or hospitality.
- Knowledge of skate instruction and rink safety.
- Passion for roller skating and a confident skater.
- Strong organisation skills and a guest satisfaction-oriented approach.
- A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and pride in your work.
