Support Services Manager

The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff supervision, support planning, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of support workers to deliver high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.
- Collaborate with the Service Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of support and services offered.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a care or support setting.
- Strong knowledge of health and social care policies and procedures, with a focus on supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent career progression opportunities, including the chance to enrol for and fund an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
