The Role

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Change Analyst to join our Strategy and Business Change team. As a key member of this team, you will analyze requirements, manage concurrent activities, and drive design for significant components of our transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for operational change
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other business analysts to achieve project goals
  • Document proposals and present to senior stakeholders
  • Participate in change governance forums and ensure adherence to a change delivery lifecycle
  • Communicate objectives, timeframes, progress, and challenges to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a structured business analyst
  • Expertise in problem-solving in a complex program environment
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Broad knowledge of the asset management industry

  • Subject matter expertise related to one or more business areas
