Operations Change Strategic Design Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Change Strategic Design Analyst to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of our Strategy and Business Change, Global Operations department, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategic changes across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop key aspects of the Global Operations change book of work
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other Operations Change Business Analysts to ensure seamless execution
  • Document proposals through MS Visio and/or MS Power Point, and present in change governance forums within the organization
  • Exhibit frequent communications illustrating objectives, timeframes, progress, and challenges to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to a change delivery lifecycle, including design stage gates

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a structured Business Analyst, with expertise in problem-solving in a complex programme environment
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Broad knowledge of the asset management industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this sector
