Operations Change Strategic Design Analyst

About EngineeringUK:

Shape the design for key aspects of the Global Operations change book of workCollaborate closely with stakeholders and other Operations Change Business AnalystsDocument proposals through MS Visio and/or MS Power PointParticipate and present in change governance forums within the organisationExhibit frequent communications illustrating objectives, timeframes, progress and challenges to senior stakeholdersEnsure adherence to a change delivery lifecycle including design stage gatesEssential Qualifications:Extensive experience as a structured Business AnalystExpertise in problem-solving in a complex programme environmentClear communication skills, both verbal and writtenBroad knowledge of the engineering industryDesired Qualifications:Interest in the challenges within the engineering industrySubject matter expertise related to one or more business areasExperience in change activity with an emphasis on time, cost, and quality objectivesExperience in preparing a business case, including performing cost-benefit analysisWork Style:Open and honest communicatorAttentive to stakeholders' needsCollaborative and inclusive individualAccountable for your designsAble to challenge and question key stakeholders when necessaryQuick learner and comfortable working outside of your comfort zone
