Operations Change Strategic Design Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Change Strategic Design Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy and Business Change department, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategic changes across our Global Operations.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop key aspects of our Global Operations change book of work
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other Operations Change Business Analysts to ensure seamless delivery
  • Document proposals through MS Visio and/or MS PowerPoint, effectively communicating complex ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Participate and present in change governance forums, driving progress and addressing challenges
  • Ensure adherence to a change delivery lifecycle, including design stage gates, to guarantee successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a structured Business Analyst, with a proven track record of problem-solving in complex programme environments
  • Expertise in clear communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Broad knowledge of the asset management industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Interest in the asset management industry, with a passion for driving innovation and change
  • Subject matter expertise related to one or more business areas, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive strategic design
  • Experience in change activity, with a focus on time, cost, and quality objectives, and the ability to prepare a business case, including cost-benefit analysis
