About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Change Analyst to join our Strategy and Business Change team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing requirements, managing concurrent activities, and driving design for significant components of our transformation agenda.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the design for key aspects of the Global Operations change book of work
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other Operations Change Business Analysts
  • Document proposals through MS Visio and/or MS Power Point
  • Participate and present in change governance forums within the organisation
  • Exhibit frequent communications illustrating objectives, timeframes, progress and challenges to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to a change delivery lifecycle including design stage gates

Essential Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a structured Business Analyst
  • Expertise in problem-solving in a complex programme environment
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Broad knowledge of the asset management industry

Desired Qualifications

  • Interest in the challenges within the Asset Management Industry
  • Subject matter expertise related to one or more business areas
  • Experience in change activity with an emphasis on time, cost, and quality objectives
  • Experience in preparing a business case, including performing cost-benefit analysis
