Sales and Customer Service Team Lead

As a Key Holder at Calzedonia Group, you will be responsible for assisting with staff development and ensuring consistent delivery of company expectations related to sales, service, operations, presentation, and product knowledge.
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to store turnover by being aware of daily sales targets and store objectives.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand.
- Ensure all staff and customers are informed about current promotions and offers.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
