Wraparound Care Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to manage our Breakfast and After School Clubs at Junior Adventures Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional care and experiences for children.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team to deliver high-quality care and activities for children
* Plan, supervise, and deliver activities
* Implement protocols and policies to ensure child safety and well-being

**About Junior Adventures Group:**
We provide a wide range of roles in our Breakfast, After School, and Holiday Clubs, aiming to inspire children to explore their interests.

**Salary and Benefits:**
£22,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits

**Requirements:**
A passion for working with children and experience in management or team leading is essential for this role. A Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
