Complex Care Team Leader Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Continuity of Care Services Limited. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our care services and driving excellence in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead and manage a team of carers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
- To oversee the planning and implementation of care packages, working closely with colleagues and clients to meet their needs
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders, promoting the values and reputation of Continuity of Care Services Limited
- To contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, policies, and procedures that drive growth and improvement
Requirements
To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:
- Relevant healthcare experience and qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care)
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
