Healthcare Support Team Leader

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our complex care services in Kent and working closely with the Care Manager to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Requirements- Experience of supporting individuals with disabilities and complex health needs.
- A Level 3 or above Health and Social Care qualification or willingness to attend fully funded training and achieve a QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification within the first year of employment.
- Strong communication, excellent organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fully funded QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.
- Ongoing CPD-training and clinical supervision to support revalidation requirements.
- Paid mileage where applicable and overtime available.
- Use of company mobile and app to manage schedule.
