Care Assistant Leader

We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant Leader to join our team in delivering high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs.
This is a 37.5 hour per week position, with an estimated annual salary of £21,500 - £25,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of support workers in implementing individual support plans and activities.
- Coordinating daily living tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
- Ensuring effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while maintaining confidentiality.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one.
- Substantial experience in supporting adults with complex needs, including those with challenging behaviour, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage a team and build strong relationships with service users and their families.
