**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at CV-Library, a leading healthcare provider in Maidstone, Kent. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the clinical team to deliver person-centred care.

**Responsibilities**

• Provide individualised care and support to residents
• Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve care standards

**Requirements**

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
