Senior Care Team Leader

This position involves leading a team of care staff, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments in a residential care setting.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of care staff, including training, supervision and delegating duties on shift
- Supporting the administering and ordering of medication
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments
- Liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members
We are seeking a Senior Carer to join our team who has:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience in a residential care setting
- Proven team leadership skills and ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of residents
