We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team in Maidstone. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and support staff, and a deep understanding of our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and respectful, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for supporting our clients to live their best lives, promoting their well-being, safety, and quality of life, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.

This is a full-time position (up to 37.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £26,325 per annum (£13.50 per hour), reflecting the importance of your role in delivering high-quality care and support. In addition to your salary, you will also benefit from a range of perks, including a generous joining bonus and unlimited refer-a-friend scheme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the manager in staff development and delivery of training;
  • Leading the staff in promoting each client's well-being, safety, and quality of life;
  • Monitoring and assisting the effective delivery of group and individual activities within homes that address agreed client goals and the progress of clients against agreed outcome and well-being measures;
  • Ensuring that liaison with external parties within their areas of responsibility is coordinated effectively with the home manager to ensure that communication is effective and consistent within the home;
  • Working in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, legislation and national minimum standards;
  • Meting agreed individual annual objectives.
