Business Performance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned expert in workforce solutions to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. As a Business Performance Manager, you will bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis of performance data and information, including validation and interpretation of internal and external data
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions for business challenges
- Design and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements
- Provide the evidence base required to assess, improve, and promote Medacs services
- Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders daily to review 'risks' to service delivery and provide expert advice to key stakeholders
- Ensure that all contractual MI requirements are produced and reported
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports using a range of data tools and written reports
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders
- Be the primary contact for external stakeholders for our data capture and reporting systems
