Reporting to the Executive Director of Reward and HR Operations, you will develop and manage comprehensive programs that align with our business objectives and attract top talent. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity to drive impact in a rapidly growing organization within the financial services industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a competitive compensation strategy in line with company goals, ensuring alignment with market trends and best practices.
  • Manage the annual pay review cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Refine pay frameworks to support talent attraction and retention, taking into account industry benchmarks and internal equity considerations.
  • Oversee executive remuneration programs, ensuring alignment with company performance and market standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters to HR and leadership teams, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on companywide initiatives, integrating compensation and benefits strategies into broader organizational goals.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Global Compensation & Benefits, demonstrating a deep understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Proven track record in team management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in job architecture, benefits benchmarking, and Total Rewards strategy development.
