Business Development Coordinator

At The Caraires Consultancy, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to support our marketing strategy. This role involves carrying out telesales and other marketing channel activities to gain new business appointments and promote our apprenticeship programmes.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm, with a salary of £23,000 per year plus a bonus of approximately £400 per month.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement after successfully completing probation.
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Should have previous experience in B2B telesales and appointment making, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Must be able to engage with, maintain, and foster good relations with prospects and customers through telephone, email, social media, mail shot, and mail contact.
- Will contribute valuable market intelligence to support the Direct Marketing Team.
- Must be IT literate and experienced in using a database/CRM tool.
- Is creative and able to maintain accurate information and data.
