Animal Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and welfare, with at least 18 months experience in working with exotic animals or domestic livestock.
As an experienced keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of animal husbandry, including environmental enrichment, animal observations, and record-keeping.
With excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, you will engage with guests and provide them with exceptional customer service, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience at Longleat.
Key responsibilities include:
- Caring for a diverse range of animals, from majestic giraffes to striking zebras
- Maintaining accurate records of animal health and well-being
- Participating in educational initiatives and VIP experiences
- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times
