We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Compassionate Care Specialist to provide personalized support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for caring for others, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be reliability, trustworthy, and respectful of clients' privacy and dignity.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and routines
  2. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and friendly environment
  3. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
  4. Support clients with medication management as per care plans
  5. Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  6. Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
  7. Accompany clients on social outings and appointments when required
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  9. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
  10. Adapt to the unique needs of each client, providing flexible and person-centred care

We are looking for someone to cover Warminster, Westbury, and surrounding villages.

Requirements

  1. Genuine passion for caring for others, with a compassionate and empathetic nature
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients' privacy and dignity
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Availability to work every other weekend is required
  6. Full Driving Licence and access to transport is necessary for this area
  7. Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
  8. Experience in supporting older individuals is desirable but not essential
