Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with the larger team to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
- Develop and implement creative activities to stimulate and engage clients.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate from £12.00 to £13.00.
- Paid travel and waiting time between visits.
- Paid travel mileage at 45p per mile.
- Ongoing wellbeing support from a dedicated senior team.

Requirements
- Be reliable, professional, respectful, and gentle.
- Have a passion for helping others and finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
- Have good communication skills.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Initial Training
Initial training is fully paid for. Once you've completed your training, you'll be introduced to individuals that match your interests and abilities. You can shadow one of our experienced Care Professionals to see what the role entails and have opportunities to reflect and make sure you are comfortable in your relationship with the person you support.
