About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our surgical ward team at Ramsay Health Care UK.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.

With a focus on evidence-based practice, you will contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways, guidelines, and education programs that enhance patient outcomes and staff development.

About You
  • You hold current NMC registration and have previous experience working within a surgical ward environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a warm, considerate approach to patient care.
