Job Overview
New Hall Hospital in Salisbury is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner - Orthopaedic Theatre to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an experienced scrub nurse, you will be responsible for supporting surgeons and anaesthetists during operations, ensuring the highest quality care for patients.

This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will have surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs. Ophthalmology experience is desirable but not essential. A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would also be beneficial.

Our hospital has state-of-the-art facilities, including laminar airflow systems and integrated theatre technology.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £38,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, buy and sell flexible leave options, private pension matching up to 5%, and enhanced parental leave policies.
