Overview

As part of this service adolescents aged 14 - 18 who are presenting either a Mental Health diagnosis or Challenging behaviour enrol on a 10-week residential programme where they will benefit from the support of a team of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals - including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and psychiatric nurses and has been developed by some of the leading individuals in the Mental Health Field to provide the most beneficial treatment plan for service users in their care.
We would be interested in speaking with you if you have experience working with people in a mental health setting or with people who are exhibiting challenging behaviour or a mental health diagnosis, whether this was in a clinical hospital setting, the community, or an educational setting.
Location
This flagship service is located in the Village of Nether Wallop just near Stockbridge and offers some excellent transportation links across Hampshire including Andover, Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury.
Criteria
- Experience of working within a Mental Health setting or with service users presenting a mental health diagnosis
- Ideally come from one of the following backgrounds: RMN Nurse, Psychology Wellbeing Practitioner, Assistant Psychologists, or Psychologists Graduate, however, this is not essential.
- Clear DBS

Salary and Benefits
As a Mental Health Coach, you will be entitled to a package of up to £38,000 per annum (DOE), while being offered an outstanding package including.
