**About us**:
We are not a traditional children’s home, we are a unique in the fact we provide homes with 1:1 support, stimulation, and care, given to only 2 children at a time; in a nurturing environment within a tranquil and therapeutic location.
We emphasise the ethos of the therapeutic parenting approach to help our children build meaningful attachments and relationships, Our support workers, act as professional parents, positive role models and support our children to have new experiences and make safe and healthy choices.

**Our Team**:
You will be part of a small team, supporting and parenting up to 2 children in a beautiful home with an experienced and dedicated management team, working together with our independent trauma and attachment therapist.
Our children have experienced significant trauma and attachment in their lives, and we strive together as a professional family to give our children positive experiences through curiosity play, acceptance and empathy.
Our adult’s supporting the children will be using our PACE and therapeutic model of parenting, including DDP approach.
**Requirements**:
MUST BE OVER 21
HOLD A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE OWN VEHICLE
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
LV4 diploma in residential child care (preferred)
However, no previous experience required, just an eagerness to learn, dedication, resilience, and flexibility.
**Responsibilities**:
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Acting within a parenting role, meeting the needs of the Children in line with our PACE model of care
Ensuring our home environment is kept to a high standard and nurturing for our Children to develop and heal
**Hours**:
Full Time (40 hour) and Part time (32 hour) permanent positions are available, however you will need to be able to commit to sleepins, shift work; including weekends and bank holidays
**Salary**:
£26,700 - £29,700 per annum
Salary stated includes a minimum of two sleepins per week and full time hours
**Benefits**:
