Experienced Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in care work, with experience of working with children and young people who have experienced trauma. You will be a safe and inspiring role model, able to provide emotional support and guidance to our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and care to young people with complex needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
