Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Halcyon Health and Social Care is working in partnership with a family-owned children's residential care provider to find talented Senior Support Workers who share our passion for delivering high-quality care to children with varying needs.

The company has grown significantly since its inception in 2017, with multiple homes across the Midlands and Southwest. Each home offers a unique therapeutic care program, supported by a dedicated children's psychologist, resulting in all homes being rated either 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the safe running of the home on a day-to-day basis.
  • Take the lead in proactively ensuring safeguarding practices are always followed.
  • Oversee, supervise, and actively be involved in the key working and case management of the children and young people you support.
  • Grow your skill-set and managerial expertise by working closely with the team to promote the welfare of the young people you care for.
