We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children's care and a passion for working with young people who have experienced trauma. You will be responsible for providing a safe and inspiring environment, supporting young people to develop life skills, and promoting positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to young people with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Support young people to develop life skills and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
