Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team at Avon Rubber. This role will be responsible for delivering premium after-sales support to our customers, ensuring their experience is exceptional throughout the product life cycle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain World Class Training & Service capabilities for all customers and staff.
  • Perform repairs and upgrades of customer equipment, both at Avon's facility and in the field.
  • Conduct training at all levels from user to service centre technician, both at Avon's facility and in the field.
  • Audit partner service centres and provide reports on findings.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with safety/health, first responder, industrial or military products; RPE preferred, Thermal Imaging, SCUBA/Rebreather also considered.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and train others to do so.
  • Ability to interact directly with customers to quickly de-escalate and resolve concerns.
  • Confident Microsoft Office and PowerPoint user.
