UK Sales Director

Nigel Wright Group is pleased to announce an exciting new role for a Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the UK sales function and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop commercial sales strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
About the Role:
This is a newly created position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with a remit to drive sales performance and business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership and a strong understanding of the UK sales market.
