The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Group is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead its UK sales function, overseeing a team of ten and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing inspirational leadership, managing operations, and contributing to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product offerings to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
