Therapeutic Practitioner
We invite applications from dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Therapeutic Practitioners at Leaders in Care. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional care and support to young people in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:Your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-quality care and support to children, developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people, and implementing care plans and therapeutic interventions. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Requirements:- Proven experience in working with vulnerable children or adults
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development opportunities
The Therapeutic Practitioner role comes with a competitive salary range of £29,150 to £30,160 per year, alongside opportunities for professional growth and development. Our supportive team environment provides a sense of community and belonging among staff members.
