About the Job

The successful applicant must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of current curriculum developments and how pupils learn. They should have leadership experience in curriculum development and monitoring and evaluation strategies.

A proven track record of raising attainment in an urban, multi-ethnic environment is essential, as well as strengths in engaging with and inspiring not just staff, but also students and parents of the local community.

Main Areas of Responsibility
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to improve educational outcomes, focusing on English and Mathematics, Literacy, and Numeracy
  2. Provide leadership and management necessary to secure high-quality teaching and learning, and to raise standards of achievement

We offer a generous salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a performance bonus, private medical cover, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
