Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead on key areas of school improvement, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to drive change and progress.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to support student achievement and wellbeing.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality professional development opportunities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
