Senior Clinical Care Coordinator

This Senior Clinical Care Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to utilize their leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of patients. As a key member of our team, you will lead clinical management, assume responsibilities, and support the Manager.
This role is available on a permanent/full-time basis, working 45 hours/week with on-call requirements every other weekend. You will earn an attractive salary of £45,000-£48,000/year, plus a range of benefits.
Key Tasks:- Lead clinical management: Take charge of clinical services, ensuring smooth operation and effective delivery of care.
- Assume responsibilities: Assume a variety of tasks and responsibilities, contributing to the success of our team.
- Support the Manager: Provide assistance and guidance to the Manager, helping to drive our team's success.
- Promote high-quality patient care: Maintain the highest standards of patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.
