Relief Worker for Adults with Complex Needs

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Relief Support Practitioner to join our team, providing individualised support to adults with complex needs. This role requires you to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to meet the changing needs of service users.
As a Relief Worker, you will work on an ad-hoc basis, covering periods of leave or sickness absence, and providing additional support during peak activity. You will be part of a close-knit team that offers person-centred support, involving individuals who know them well, including family and friends, other health and social work professionals, advocacy services, and our own staff members.
No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in this role.
The estimated salary for this position is £29,000-£33,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
