Adult Learning Disability Care Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled social worker to join our Adult Learning Disability Service team in Renfrewshire.
In this role, you will be working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality social work services to individuals in need, focusing on adult protection and care management.
About the Job:As a social worker in our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve these goals.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver social work services to adults with learning disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Social Work, registration with the Scottish Social Services Council, and experience working in statutory Social Work services.
