We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Deputy Manager position at our nursing home in the Paisley area.

Job Overview

This is a permanent contract of 40 hours per week, with supernumerary hours included. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff, as well as supporting with clinical audits.

About the Role

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff
  • Supporting with clinical audits
  • Managing and monitoring the delivery of clinical and personal care
  • Ensuring clinical records are maintained in line with Care Inspectorate standards
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • NMC registration as an Adult General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a clinical setting within the care sector
  • Competency with paperwork and compliance
  • Confidence leading, developing, and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £23 per hour, equivalent to £48,256 per annum. You will also receive supernumerary hours included in your contract.
