Social Care Coordinator

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Part-Time Social Worker to join Ktpws' dynamic team in Renfrewshire's Adult Learning Disability Service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in statutory Social Work services, including risk assessment and care management.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A valid BA (Hons) in Social Work or equivalent qualification is essential for this role. Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council is also mandatory, with an additional allowance payable to practicing MHOs.
Salary and Package:We offer a highly competitive salary of £21,808 - £22,931 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Our attractive package includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
