Retirement Living Development Coordinator

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at our retirement development in Lymington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.
We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has excellent administration skills. You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for Owners
- Provide a first-class service to Owners, responding to their needs and concerns
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
- Organise activities and events for Owners, ensuring a happy and fulfilling lifestyle
