Hire Solutions Specialist - Trenching & Shoring Division

We are seeking a highly motivated Hire Solutions Specialist to join our Trenching and Shoring division. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an area sales role within the Temporary Works/Trenching & Shoring/Hire industry.

Job Overview:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, generate revenue growth by maximising opportunities from existing customers and winning new business.
  2. Customer engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Negotiation and problem-solving: Effectively negotiate and resolve issues under pressure, prioritising workload as needed.
  4. Administration: Proficient in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
  5. Transportation: Possess a valid driving licence.
